For the first time in our history, Camp Wyldewood has begun an afterschool camp for the after school child care needs of the people of Searcy.

Our first day was August 18th and, as part of our currriculum, we welcomed one of our wranglers, David Baird, and two of our horses, Lambchop and Magic.

David lectured on different kinds of horses, basic horse-care, and the equipment needed for safe horseriding.

As part of our continuing curriculum, animal husbandry courses will continue to be offered, as well as swimming, hiking, arts and crafts, weekly memory verses, games, and daily snacks.
